BT Wales is a partner in Curriculum Data Wales
BT is delighted to be a partner in this exciting project. There is no doubt that NGfL Cymru will have huge significance to the delivery of education in Wales, both immediately and for the future by strategically shaping the direction of learning and becoming a global exemplar. In addition, the combination of partners demonstrates organisations in Wales genuine commitment to their local patch and recognises how well Wales based organisations can, and do, work together.
BT brings the skills and knowledge to design, implement and host a scalable system, using proven technologies and structures, that meets the specific (and in many areas unique) needs of schools and colleges in Wales.
BT, from its facilities in Cardiff, will specifically bring to the project:
- Design
- Hosting
- Content management system specific to the requirements of NGfL Cymru
- Applications development
- Creation of templates in English and Welsh, including special arrangements for visually impaired
- Development of systems to facilitate on-line testing and assessment.
