Deportes y Pasatiempos A series of interactive activities and games to introduce sports vocabulary and language patterns to pupils who are beginning to learn Spanish (NGFL Cymru & AWEN)

La Paga An introduction to the vocabulary of things on which young Spanish people spend their money. Pupils will learn to talk about how much pocket money or wages they receive and how they spend their pocket money comparing with others.(NGfL Cymru)

Mi Casa An introduction to the vocabulary of rooms in the home. Pupils will learn to describe their own homes including location and practise using masculine and feminine forms of adjectives and regular –IR verbs in the present tense (e.g. vivir)(NGfL Cymru)

Mi pueblo y mi región An introduction to the vocabulary of places in a town. Pupils will learn to describe their town and give opinions, learn about masculine, feminine and plural of adjectives and learn how to form the plural of nouns.(NGfL Cymru)

¿Dónde vives? An introduction to the names of countries and continents across the world, where Spanish is an important or an official language. Pupils will learn how to greet Spanish speaking people, give their name and say where they live and learn about adjectives of nationality.(NGfL Cymru)

¿Qué haces en tu tiempo libre? An introduction to the vocabulary for the days of the week in Spanish. Pupils will talk and write about the activities they do during the week and learn about using the present tense of verbs.(NGfL Cymru)

Mi Tiempo Libre An introduction to vocabulary and structures for giving simple opinions. Pupils will talk and write about spare time likes and dislikes and learn to use stem changing and impersonal verbs.(NGfL Cymru)

Canciones Españolas A series of 5 traditional childrens’ Spanish songs for young learners to sing along to. Includes interactive activities which focus on a language element within each song. (developed in partnership with La Consejería de Educación)
